Cộng đồng và hỗ trợ
Nextcloud có trang Hỗ trợ có liên kết đến tài liệu, diễn đàn, kênh IRC và các địa điểm khác như cộng đồng Google Plus. Họ cũng cung cấp hỗ trợ phí bảo hiểm cho khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ lưu trữ doanh nghiệp của họ.

Kết luận
Tôi hơi bối rối vì ban đầu của ownCloud 10 có một trang ứng dụng nhưng dường như nó không hoạt động bình thường. Sau đó tôi tìm thấy trang Marketplace và hoạt động tốt. Tính năng Marketplace mới này trông đẹp hơn so với các trang Apps của Nextcloud và chúng dường như đang thiết lập giai đoạn để tích hợp bên thứ ba vào đó hơn. Mặt khác, ngày nay có rất ít ứng dụng, so với những gì Nextcloud có.
Nhìn chung, Nextcloud có nhiều tính năng hơn, bảo mật tốt hơn, tích hợp bên thứ ba hơn, hoạt động nhiều hơn trong dự án và tương lai tươi sáng hơn.
